Digeo may collect and receive information from you through its websites as well
as through the Moxi Service. Because your information is important to us, we have
developed two different privacy policies; one for our websites and one for the Moxi

These terms of use apply to your access to and use of any of the websites, webpages
and other content (in any form) provided through or as part of

3. Copyright Infringement Notification and Procedure
Digeo Interactive LLC ("Digeo") is registered under the Digital Millennium Copyright
Act of 1998 (DMCA). Under the DMCA, copyright owners have the right to notify Digeo
if they believe that a Digeo customer has used one or more of the Digeo Websites
(or service provided via one or more of the Digeo Websites) to post, transmit, or
otherwise use or distribute information, content or materials that infringe the
copyright owner's work(s).
If you believe that a Digeo customer has copied your work in a way that constitutes
copyright infringement, you may file a Notification of Claimed Infringement with
Digeo's designated agent. Please refer to
Digeo's Copyright Infringement Notification and Process for further information
on how to submit such a notice or if you think such a notice has been improperly
submitted with respect to your Submission and would like to file a counter-claim.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PROCESS IS ONLY INTENDED FOR SUCH INFRINGEMENT NOTICES AND
ANY CORRESPONDING COUNTER-CLAIMS. ALL NOTICES AND COMMUNICATIONS SUBMITTED TO DIGEO'S
DESIGNATED AGENT OTHER THAN SUCH NOTICES OR COUNTER-CLAIMS WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE
4. Open Source Notice
Digeo is a participant in and contributor to the open source community. Certain
components of the Moxi software are subject to the GNU General Public License ("GPL")
or other so-called open source licenses. Such components are provided as part of
Digeo's Moxi software subject to such open source license terms, as set out in the
